The process involves a quick mobile verification, and the payout is credited directly to your account. Given below is the scenario and coverage conditions:
Delay of over 90 minutes: Rs. 1000 benefit through Fresh Promise
Service cancelled 180 minutes before the journey: Benefit from an earning a compensation of Rs. 500 + full ticket refund
Journey not completed: If your journey is left incomplete, Fresh Bus offers you a compensation of Rs. 1000 + full ticket refund
Note: Ticket refunds are processed separately according to our standard refund timelines. Fresh Promise’s compensation will be credited independently.
In case you are impacted, you will be informed. Next, you will receive a JusPay payout link which will help initiate the compensation process. For example, if you reached the pickup point at least 15 minutes before arrival according to the bus timings and the bus is late, cancelled, or delayed beyond 90 minutes, you will be notified. Click on the JusPay payout link to initiate the compensation process.
Enter your UPI details and verify OTP with your registered mobile number on JusPay portal. The funds are transferred to your account within 24 hours. If you need further support, our Customer Delight Officer will guide you through the process, answer your queries, and ensure your promise is honoured without hassles. Always provide the correct mobile number for a smooth process.
Fresh Promise applies to everyone who has booked a bus directly through the Fresh Bus online platform or preferred travel partners. Every ticket booked is automatically covered as a promise to all passengers. Delays under 90 minutes are not covered. For partial ticket cancellations within a single order, Fresh Promise applies only to the active tickets remaining. Fresh Promise covers all Fresh Bus electric bus service routes across India. Once you authenticate using the link, the amount is credited to your account within a few business days. Any Green Coins or Fresh Card utilised at the time of booking will be adjusted at the time of compensation. The Fresh Promise Policy applies to all bookings made on or after 2nd October 2025.
